Swem: Your Friendly Swim School in Muswell Hill, Hampstead & Friern Barnet
Founded by Sunee, Swem offers private 1-2-1 swimming lessons in the heart of Muswell Hill for adults, children and swimmers with additional needs.
As from September 2026 we will also be offering baby lessons and 2-2-1 group lessons in Hampstead Garden Suburbs and Friern Barnet.
You can expect a friendly, welcoming and personalised service to help you or your children achieve their swimming goals and gain confidence in the water.
Who we are
Our Swimming Services
Babies (0-2y)
We believe that it is never to soon to start swimming. Our baby lessons are run by specialist instructors with a gentle approach. Learning to love the water is our first priority
Children (3-16)
We love to help children on their swimming journeys. We offer termly ‘Learn to Swim’ lessons for children from 3 - 16 years old, you can expect a warm and nurturing approach from our expert instructors.
Adults
We know it can be intimidating to learn to swim as an adult, or perhaps you know the basics but you want to gain confidence or have support to practice. We can help you.
Additional Needs
Learning to swim as an adult or child with additional needs requires a personalised and adapted approach, it’s something we’re deeply passionate about.
